HAIL-MAIL is a one-stop shop for your storm direct mailing needs. Whenever you move into a new location, you need the best options to reach the local residents and businesses. AnythingWeather makes this simple by offering a single service that does everything for you including :
- Ad Design: We will design the postcard advertisement for you OR just send us an existing ad design and we’ll clean it up and make it shine!
- Printing: We will print all the postcards you need using 1-color or full-color glossy ink. The printing is fast and we manage the entire process!
- Mailing: We will pull all the local residents and/or businesses in the city to make sure you get 100% saturation of your message. You can either provide us the exact area you want for your mailing OR you can purchase a Hail -TRAX report to target your hail marketing services more precisely. Once a storm has passed, order a Hail -TRAX report, which is a map showing the hail swath for your target city. We will then use the hail swath overlay to pinpoint the exact postal carrier routes that were affected by the storm. This service separates us from the competition and allows you to save big money by only targeting neighborhoods that were affected by the storm. Spend $295 on the - and you’ll make much, much more by getting through to your target customers before your competition does! Our mailing service pricing is based on the number of mailers that are delivered, size of the mailer and number of colors used. The costs range from $0.37 down to $0.26 per piece. Believe it or not, this price includes everything from design to printing to delivery!
Here are the options you have for ordering your next mailer :
Postcard Sizes: We offer two sizes of postcards, 4” X 6” and 5.5” X 8.5”
Printing Colors: We offer three color options for printing, including 1-color, 2-color, and full color
Before we finalize your order, we will provide you an exact count of the residents and/or businesses in the area you choose to cover. You choose the coverage area using city blocks, street or highway boundaries, county borders, or entire cities. But, we highly recommend ordering a Hail-TRAX report. That means you’ll receive a count of homes from within the actual hail swath. You won’t waste money sending mailers to people unaffected by the storm.
As an additional feature, we can also order your own company postmark, rather than using ours. This will show your company name and the local city on the mailers, instead of an out-of-town city. Ask us about this service when ordering.
